Shipping Policy
We get it, you want your order yesterday. Here's the deal: shipping time and cost are calculated at checkout based on what you ordered and where it's going, so no surprises at the door. Some products ship faster than others, and we'll always be upfront about what to expect before you pull the trigger. Got your eye on one of our "As-Is" pieces? Those may take up to 48 hours to process before they ship... good things take a little longer. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you the tracking info and the rest is between you and the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind everything we drop, but we also keep it straight with you. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right. No runaround, no nonsense. What we won't do is take back a purchase because you changed your mind... own your decisions, that's the whole point.
"As-Is" items are final. No exceptions. Every defect, flaw, and imperfection is photographed and listed in the product description before you buy, what you see is exactly what you're getting, and that's the deal. Read it, own it, wear it.
