Every product description tells you exactly what you're getting and who made it, we keep it transparent because that's just how we operate. Whether it came from our hands or theirs, if it's on this site it meets our standards. We don't put our name on anything we wouldn't wear ourselves.

You've got 14 days from the moment it hits your doorstep to decide if it's not working for you... after that, it's yours. "As-Is" items are a different story entirely. Those are final, no exceptions, no negotiations. We spelled out every flaw before you bought it, so you already knew what you were getting into.

We hunt it down so you don't have to. Our vintage pieces come from thrift stores, markets, Etsy, eBay, and sources all over the world... found, inspected, laundered if needed, and shipped straight to you. Many of these pieces are one-of-a-kind, which is exactly the point. You're not buying something off an assembly line, you're getting something nobody else has. Every flaw, every quirk, every sign of a life already lived is photographed and listed in the product description before you ever hit checkout. When you buy a vintage piece from us you're agreeing to take it exactly as described... no returns, no exceptions. That's the deal, and honestly, that's what makes it worth having. Here at Murdered by Merch, we list all defects to the item in the listing and by buying the item you are agreeing to purchase the product in it's As Is condition with no option for return.
